I think great beer & great coffee should be the same color. I try to live with compassion, to face my judgements and to move towards fear. I like sports that could be in the Irish Hippie Olympics, like ultimate frisbee & playing pool while drinking scotch. I read. A lot. I take notes. Even when I'm not in school. I'm a recovering over-achiever. I'm queer -- I am attracted to certain *people* and gender is irrelevant. I'm a feminist. I *love* to cook. I've made my peace with the color pink. I paint my toenails, but I like to color alternate toes. sometimes I'm a radical cheerleader with pigtails. --- I'm back in school. I'm creating my own major at Regis University -- Peace & Justice from a Feminist Perspective. I'm a Buddhist-Quaker who's done The Man's time for civil disobedience. I love each and all people; I despise capitalism. (I'm an anarchist at heart, but anarchy only works within small groups, because trust breaks down and the tragedy of the commons takes over.) oh, and my name (elle) is a one-syllable palindrome.
